Avondale’s rebirth was spurred by a renovation of Avondale Park, which led to an overhaul of the adjoining retail and residential area, injecting new life into the neighborhood. The Crestwood community is divided by Crestwood Boulevard into Crestwood North and Crestwood South, which come together at the recently renovated Crestwood Park and plaza area.
