Frances Richardson is a native of Tuscaloosa, AL and alumna of Tuscaloosa Academy. She attended The University of Alabama where she majored in Finance with a minor in Real Estate. While earning her undergraduate degree, she was a member of the Kappa Delta Sorority, Culverhouse Real Estate Society, and Financial Affairs Cabinet of the University of Alabama’s Student Government Association. She enjoyed spending her summers abroad studying at the London School of Economics, and participating in a leadership program in Cape Town, South Africa.
Growing up in a family involved in residential development sparked her love for real estate. After working in the Tuscaloosa real estate market for a top agent and interning for a large commercial real estate firm in Manhattan, New York, she decided to start her career in residential real estate in Birmingham with Ray & Poynor Properties.
Frances would love to work with you to help achieve all of your real estate goals! In her free time, she enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends, and exploring all of the sights Birmingham has to offer.
She currently serves on the Birmingham Magic Moments Junior Board, and the Mountain Brook Chamber of Commerce Junior Board.
