Betsy Reamer has been passionate about real estate since her earliest years growing up in the lakeside town of Guntersville, Alabama. After graduating from the University of Alabama, she launched her career in New York City with TIME and Sports Illustrated, working as an Event Manager in the News & Sports division, where she refined her skills in public relations, branding, and high-level client experience.
After relocating to Birmingham, Betsy transitioned into residential real estate—bringing with her a strategic, marketing-driven approach that consistently delivers results. Over the past 10 years, she has been involved in the sale of more than $100 million in real estate across Alabama and has ranked in the top 3% of Birmingham Realtors for five consecutive years, a reflection of both her performance and her reputation for putting clients first.
Known for her hands-on style, strong negotiation skills, and deep knowledge of Birmingham’s most sought-after neighborhoods, Betsy guides buyers and sellers through one of life’s biggest financial decisions with clarity, confidence, and care. Many of her clients become lifelong friends and trusted referrals, something she considers one of the greatest rewards of her career.
Betsy and her husband, Cory Reamer, a Financial Advisor with The Welch Group, live in Vestavia with their two children, Finley (8) and Carson (6), and their dog Sadie. Outside of real estate, Betsy enjoys playing tennis, watching her kids at their many sporting events, spending weekends at the lake, and cheering on the Alabama Crimson Tide.
