Lauren (Runnels) Branch is a Birmingham local and Spain Park High School alumna. She attended Auburn University where she majored in Media Studies with a minor in Marketing. Following college, she worked in corporate advertising and marketing with a large firm located in downtown Birmingham. After working for several years in that industry, she decided to transition into real estate where she would be able to better use her skills and experiences. In addition, she also brings interior design and staging insights as a complement to her real estate knowledge to enhance the home buying/selling experience. After purchasing her first home with her husband in 2018, she learned how important it is to have an experienced hand to lead you through the process. Lauren is excited to be able to work face-to-face with her clients at Ray & Poynor Properties to help them find their first home, their dream home, or to just help them take their next step in life. Lauren and her husband Chris, a Mountain Brook native, live in the nearby Crestline Park area. They enjoy serving locally in the area and attend Mountain Brook Baptist Church. In their spare time you can find them working on their new home, watching football, going on walks, and spending time with their families.
