Kathryn brings a passion for people to her work in real estate. Whether assisting homebuyers or sellers, she prioritizes each client’s unique needs and creates a customized plan to ensure the best experience possible. She believes in taking the time to listen and enjoys guiding her clients through the process every step of the way.
Kathryn is a member of the Local, State, and National Association of Realtors and is a Senior Real Estate Specialist with a designation on the highly selective Ray and Poynor Transitional Move Experts team and a Top Producer. She is a member of the Vestavia Hills Chamber of Commerce and the Ray and Poynor liaison to the Chamber.
Kathryn is a graduate of Birmingham Southern College, where she majored in psychology and was a member of the Kappa Delta sorority. Kathryn and her husband, Todd Dorlon, have two children. In her spare time, Kathryn loves traveling, home remodeling, and arranging flowers to celebrate life’s special moments. She also enjoys leveraging her expertise to help her friends and family in their home design projects. From volunteering at the Birmingham Botanical Gardens to participating in Alabama Cursillo, Kathryn stays active in our local community. She and her family are members of Saint Stephen’s Episcopal Church in Vestavia Hills.
